• Lockport native resides in Plainfield Township since 1976
• Married to wife Patricia for 35 years
• Three grown sons: Matthew, Joliet Firefighter/Paramedic and  A.F.F.I. member, Edward & Mark- both electricians and I.B.E.W. members
• My wife, Patricia and I are also proud grandparents of six grandchildren (ages 2 to 17)
• Attended Lockport Central High School and Southern Illinois University at Carbondale B.A. in communications 
• Employed by Citgo Petroleum Corporation for last 20 years - Lemont Refinery
  
• Member in good standing United Steel Workers Union- served on the Union Workmen's Committee
• Past Union affiliations: O.C.A.W., U.F.C.W., and I.B.E.W.
